Sam Malles vs Gethin Brydon

Boxing Daily Report from the Ten Star promoted show at Grand City Hall, Glasgow,  taking place on 11/04/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sam Dr Medicine Malles (19(4) - 0) who hails from Southampton, UK and Gethin Brydon(14 - 26(6) - 4) from Coventry, UK.  Malles weighed in at 139 pounds And 14 ounces, while Brydon weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Andrew Frew, and the three ringside judges are Charlie MacNeal, Peter McAlister and Robert Priddy.  

Round 1: 

Malles is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  Malles ties up his opponent.  Malles pushes his forearm into Brydon's face.  The referee warns Malles and breaks the clinch.

Brydon has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused swelling  around the right eye.
