Dakarai Makwaza vs Roshaun Mwimbu

Boxing Daily Report from the Chase Sports Capital promoted show at Ndola Kaboba, Ndola,  taking place on 08/04/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zambia-Copperbelt Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dakarai Makwaza (13(3) - 3) who hails from Kitwe, Zambia and Roshaun Mwimbu(6 - 6 - 3) from Ndola, Zambia.  Makwaza weighed in at 122 pounds, while Mwimbu weighed in at 121 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Denzel Silwimba, and the three ringside judges are Kyan Lisulo, Tevin Chamuka and Kwau Ndovi.  

Round 1: 

Makwaza advances into close range.  Makwaza lands a right hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mwimbu dabs at his face checking for damage.

Mwimbu walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Makwaza lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Makwaza is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Makwaza clinches his opponent.  Makwaza is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.
