Yong-jae Kang vs Ui-jo Lee

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Korea-North Jeolla promoted show at Myeongin Hall, Jeonju,  taking place on 11/04/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Korea-North Jeolla Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yong-jae Kang (8 - 14(4) - 1) who hails from Jeonju, South Korea and Ui-jo Lee(3 - 5 - 2) from Gunsan, South Korea.  Kang weighed in at 118 pounds, while Lee weighed in at 117 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kee-hee Ban, and the three ringside judges are Yong-jae Song, Kook-young Cha and Jeong-hyeop Huh.  

Round 1: 

Kang is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with an overhand left.  
Kang gets on the inside.  Lee throws a left hook, but Kang clinches his opponent.  Kang is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Lee pushes his forearm into Kang's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Lee quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into Kang's liver.  
Kang switches the action to the outside.  Lee tries to land a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Lee is on target with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Kang's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Kang's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Lee's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.

Kang throws a left hook, but is unable to find the target.  Kang holds on to his opponent.  Kang is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Kang.
