Prewitt Canet vs Montrose Peizerat

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Haiti-Nord-Ouest promoted show at Leggett Beaumier Gym, Port-de-Paix,  taking place on 23/04/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Haiti-Nord-Ouest Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Prewitt Canet (5 - 9(2) - 1) who hails from Port-de-Paix, Haiti and Montrose Peizerat(5 - 4 - 2) from Port-de-Paix, Haiti.  Canet weighed in at 125 pounds and 7 ounces, while Peizerat weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Boyce Jadin, and the three ringside judges are Boden Cohen, Sid Malot and Pernell Gayet.  

Round 1: 

Canet closes the distance and lands a right hook.  
Peizerat pivots to the right of his opponent.  Canet connects with a right hook.  
Peizerat drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Canet attempts to land a left hook, but Peizerat blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Peizerat quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Peizerat throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Canet's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
