Robert Coetzee vs Jack Hlatshwayo

Boxing Daily Report from the Soweto Punch Pros promoted show at Bellville Velodrome, Cape Town,  taking place on 25/05/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Western Cape Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Robert Coetzee (6(2) - 1(1)) who hails from Cape Town, South Africa and Jack Hlatshwayo(7(1) - 16) from Cape Town, South Africa.  Coetzee weighed in at 135 pounds, while Hlatshwayo weighed in at 134 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kasi Hlatshwayo, and the three ringside judges are Bongi Rantie, Bongi Rantie and Lee Katanda.  

Round 1:

Coetzee drives a left hook into Hlatshwayo's liver.  Coetzee clinches his opponent.  Coetzee leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Coetzee uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Hlatshwayo's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Coetzee to stop fouling.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Coetzee dabs at his face checking for damage.

The foul has worsened the damage  around the right eye.  The ref stops the action and tells Hlatshwayo to watch his head.  He gives Coetzee time to recover.
