Huib Meinhut vs Gerd Van Eecke

Boxing Daily Report from the Abdulyan Promotions promoted show at The Hague Zoetaert, The Hague,  taking place on 27/04/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Netherlands-South Holland Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Huib Meinhut (5 - 4(1) - 1) who hails from Rotterdam, Netherlands and Gerd Van Eecke(5 - 6(2) - 2) from Rotterdam, Netherlands.  Both Meinhut and Van Eecke weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clement Van Gerrewey, and the three ringside judges are Wissel Van der Visscherye, Ruud Mercator and Feel Adriaenssens.

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Meinhut dabs at his face checking for damage.  Meinhut has taken some damage there.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
