Salvador Ramirez vs Porfio Batista

Boxing Daily Report from the Adomah Promotions promoted show at Juarez Poblete, Juarez,  taking place on 29/04/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Chihuahua Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Salvador Ramirez (18 - 13 - 4) who hails from Chihuahua, Mexico and Porfio Batista(7(3) - 0) from Chihuahua, Mexico.  Both Ramirez and Batista weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Gil, and the three ringside judges are Antonio Hermosillo, Rio Cardoso and Marco Solar.  

Round 1: 

Batista finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Batista lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Batista pivots to the left of his opponent and digs in a solid left hook to Ramirez's ribs.  
Batista tries to step out of his opponents range.  Batista feints a right hook, and then lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Batista drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Ramirez hits home with an overhand right.  Ramirez attempts to land an overhand left, but Batista blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to Ramirez's ribs.  
Batista lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Batista steps away from his opponent and lands a stiff jab.  
Batista is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Ramirez quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Batista gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Batista is looking to keep his distance.  The right shot from Batista could be enough to force the stoppage!  Batista lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND RAMIREZ IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Ramirez now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Batista feints a right hook, and then lands a solid jab.  Batista attempts to land a jab, but Ramirez sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Batista lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Ramirez almost instantly recovers. 
Batista quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Batista lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Batista advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Batista pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Batista lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Ramirez switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ramirez's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Ramirez's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Ramirez's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Batista closes the distance and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Batista strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Ramirez switches the action to the outside.  Batista feints a left, and then lands a jab, overhand left and a cross to his opponents head.  
Ramirez closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Batista on the ropes.  Batista lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Ramirez is looking to close the distance.  Batista lands a solid left hook.  
Ramirez attempts to land a left hook, but Batista slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Batista closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Batista lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Batista pivots to the left of his opponent and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Batista closes the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND RAMIREZ IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Batista senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Ramirez and just needs the right shot.  Batista slams a nasty right uppercut into Ramirez's ribcage.  RAMIREZ HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Batista advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Ramirez now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Batista pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SENDS RAMIREZ SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  The ref waves off the fight.  He does not believe Ramirez can continue!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Batista!
