Andy Toller vs Mason Thomson

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Alaska promoted show at Discovery Theatre, Anchorage,  taking place on 13/04/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Andy Toller (14(13) - 0) who hails from Baltimore, USA and Mason Thomson(2 - 2(2)) from Santa Clarita, USA.  Toller weighed in at 108 pounds, while Thomson weighed in at 107 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Leon Chisolm, and the three ringside judges are Harvey Blair, Bryan Hindman and Harvey Blair.  

Round 1: 

Toller advances into close range and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Toller holds on to his opponent.  Toller pushes his forearm into Thomson's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Toller.  
Toller lands a cross.  
Toller closes the distance and manages to force Thomson onto the ropes.  Toller throws a right uppercut, but the shot is blocked.  Toller clinches his opponent.  Toller leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Toller tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Thomson behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Thomson is on target with a right uppercut.  
Toller closes the distance and throws a right hook, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  Toller holds on to his opponent.  Toller is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Toller's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Toller hits home with a left hook.  
Toller closes the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Toller lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Toller lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Toller ties up his opponent.  Toller tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Thomson's kidney. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Toller drives a sharp left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Toller advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Toller is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Toller walks Thomson down, trapping him in a corner.  Toller lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Toller lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  Toller clinches his opponent.  Toller leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Toller's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Toller lands two right uppercuts to the body, and one to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Toller clinches his opponent.  Toller leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  Thomson quickly recovers.

Thomson throws a right uppercut, but Toller holds on to his opponent.  Toller leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Toller's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Toller lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Thomson's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Thomson's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Thomson attempts to land a right uppercut, but Toller slips the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.

Toller quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Thomson throws a left hook, but Toller ties up his opponent.  Toller leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Thomson sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Toller drives a left hook into Thomson's ribs.  
Toller walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Toller lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, KNOCKING THOMSON DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  
Thomson now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Toller lands a right hook, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Toller pivots from in front of his opponent and crashes a big left uppercut to his opponents body.  THOMSON IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  
Toller lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Toller steps inside and is on target with a firm left hook.  
Toller lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Toller pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Toller lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Toller holds on to his opponent.  Toller uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Thomson behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Toller lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Toller clinches his opponent.  Toller hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Toller to stop holding.  Thomson quickly recovers. 
Thomson switches the action to the outside.  Toller lands a cross.  
Toller advances into close range and lands a left hook.  
Toller digs in a sharp left hook to Thomson's body.  
Thomson sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Toller lands a right hook.  
Toller pivots to the side of his opponent and lands with a stinging jab.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Thomson's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Toller lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  It looks like Thomson has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Toller lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Toller EXPLODES a WICKED right hook into his opponents face.  THOMSON IS HURT!  Thomson recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Toller is on target with a telling left hook to Thomson's body.  DOWN GOES THOMSON!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Toller quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Toller crashes a spiteful left uppercut to Thomson's body.  THOMSON IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Toller senses Thomson is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Toller is on target with a potent left hook to Thomson's body.  THOMSON HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  Thomson now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Toller lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SENDS THOMSON TO THE CANVAS!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Toller!
