Michael Peters vs David Thomas

Boxing Daily Report from the Fernando Hearn promoted show at Tampa Kellow, Tampa,  taking place on 06/05/2041:

Clearly Fernando Hearn have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Florida Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael Peters (13 - 14 - 4) who hails from Coral Springs, USA and David Thomas(7 - 2) from Jacksonville, USA.  Peters weighed in at 115 pounds, while Thomas weighed in at 114 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Glynn Mescall, and the three ringside judges are Ian Mortland, Ora Danon and Paul Romans.  

Round 1: 

Thomas quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Peters lands a left uppercut.
