Rich Ward vs Michael Merricks

Boxing Daily Report from the Sihumbwa Promotions promoted show at Milwaukee Sayer, Milwaukee,  taking place on 06/05/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Wisconsin Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rich Ward (18(6) - 2 - 1) who hails from Milwaukee, USA and Michael Merricks(9 - 6 - 3) from Milwaukee, USA.  Both Ward and Merricks weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dan Fentress, and the three ringside judges are John Quirke, Chris Bobet and Bryan Huggett.
