Ian Olivera vs Selestino Alo

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego,  taking place on 29/06/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ian Olivera (19(6) - 4) who hails from Garden Grove, USA and Selestino El Tino Alo(20 - 15(6) - 4) from Malaga, Spain.  Both Olivera and Alo weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Morgan Kneeland, and the three ringside judges are Michael Rice, Dillon Yeoman and Kieran Smail.  

Round 1: 

Olivera is looking to keep his distance and finds the target with a hard jab.  
Alo steps inside and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Alo throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Olivera hits the target with a spiteful jab.  
Olivera lands a solid cross.  
Olivera lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Alo dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Olivera steps to the outside and lands a jab to Alo's body.  
Alo closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Alo is looking to close the distance.  Olivera pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a firm left hook.  
Alo steps inside and manages to force Olivera onto the ropes.  Olivera lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Alo drives a left hook into Olivera's liver.  As Alo tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Olivera dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Olivera.  That has caused a cut .

Olivera lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  Olivera tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Olivera tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  
Alo gets on the inside.  Olivera is on target with a right hook to Alo's body.  
Alo hits home with a left hook.  
Olivera tries to step out of his opponents range.  Olivera feints a jab, and then strikes his opponents body with a sharp cross.  
Alo closes the distance and drives a left uppercut into his opponents ribs.  
Olivera is looking to keep his distance and lands with a hard jab.  
Alo drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.  
Alo gets on the inside.  Olivera hits home with a right hook.  
Olivera tries to keep the action at long range and hits home with a potent cross.  ALO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Alo almost instantly gets his legs back.
