Asif Kahveci vs Naoki Hirota

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Hanshin Racecourse, Takarazuka,  taking place on 15/06/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Asif Kahveci (68(61) - 5(4)) who hails from Zarqa, Jordan and Naoki Hirota(30 - 15(9)) from Tokyo, Japan.  Kahveci weighed in at 224 pounds and 8 ounces, while Hirota weighed in at 223 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jiro Kawakami, and the three ringside judges are Keiichi Koyanagi, Hiro Katayama and Hisoka Nishida.  

Round 1: 

Hirota is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Kahveci steps away from his opponent and lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Kahveci attempts to land a cross, but Hirota dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hirota gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Hirota walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Hirota attempts to land a left uppercut, but Kahveci parries the shot and counters with a FEARSOME right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE HIROTA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Hirota recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Hirota pivots to the right of his opponent.  Hirota throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Kahveci tries to keep the action at long range and snaps his opponents head back with a solid jab.  Kahveci throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Hirota advances into close range and is on target with a right hook.  
Kahveci switches the action to the outside and lands a spiteful jab.  
Kahveci is on target with a stinging cross to Hirota's body.  
Kahveci lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Kahveci lands with a hard jab.  
Hirota drives a right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Kahveci steps away from his opponent and attempts to land a cross, but Hirota sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Kahveci is on target with a jab.  
Hirota gets on the inside and walks Kahveci into the corner.  Hirota attempts to land a left hook, but Kahveci blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Kahveci tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Hirota pivots to the right of his opponent and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Hirota lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Hirota quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Kahveci connects with a firm left uppercut.  
Hirota lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Hirota is on target with a cross.  
Hirota backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Kahveci tries to land a left hook, but Hirota parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Hirota drives a left hook into Kahveci's ribs.  
Kahveci steps away from his opponent and lands a MASSIVE cross.  HIROTA IS HURT!  Hirota quickly recovers. 
Kahveci is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Kahveci stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Hirota throws an overhand right, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kahveci lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Hirota recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Kahveci tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kahveci steps away from his opponent and lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  He continues the combination and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND HIROTA IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Hirota steps inside.  Kahveci knows Hirota is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Kahveci lands a left uppercut followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook, right uppercut and a cross to his opponents head, AND HIROTA IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Kahveci!
