Gethin Raison vs John Green

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Western Australia promoted show at Perth Whitestone, Perth,  taking place on 18/05/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Western Australia Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gethin Raison (12(1) - 8(1) - 1) who hails from Perth, Australia and John Green(3 - 4(1) - 1) from Perth, Australia.  Raison weighed in at 129 pounds and 11 ounces, while Green weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Barry Rease, and the three ringside judges are Matt Dickins, Oscar MacKechnie and Matt Dickins.

Raison is looking to close the distance.  Raison sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Raison lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Raison holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Green pushes his forearm into Raison's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Green to stop fouling.  
Raison gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Raison lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Raison holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks Raison's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Raison lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Green's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Green's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Raison has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Raison sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut to Green's body.  
Raison digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Raison throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Green advances into close range.  Raison lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Raison lands a jab.  
Raison advances into close range and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Raison gets on the inside.  Green throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Raison gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
As Green tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref steps in and separates the two fighters to check for damage.  Its not looking good!  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  As less than 4 rounds have been completed its going to be a no-contest!
