Ali Salam vs Jawad Moteab

Boxing Daily Report from the Ekizian Promotions promoted show at Kamran Faraj Gym, Alexandria,  taking place on 23/05/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Egypt-Alexandria Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ali Salam (6 - 4 - 3) who hails from Alexandria, Egypt and Jawad Moteab(6 - 0) from Alexandria, Egypt.  Both Salam and Moteab weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Azam Samaan, and the three ringside judges are Yasin Abdel-Shafy, Yasin Eldegheidy and Saad Nadift.  

Round 1: 

Moteab closes the distance and lands a left uppercut.  
Moteab is looking to keep his distance.  Moteab drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Salam throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
