Boxing Daily Report from the Ring star promoted show at Yubileyny Sports Palace, Saint Petersburg,  taking place on 15/06/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Afon Shimko (12(3) - 0) who hails from Saint Petersburg, Russia and Arseni Platbardis(3 - 12 - 2) from Riga, Latvia.  Both Shimko and Platbardis weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aleksandr Melantev, and the three ringside judges are Dimi Aksinin, Borya Antropov and Fadei Borzakovskiy.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Shimko dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Shimko.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
