Kyland Piel vs Vid Malburg

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at Heinrich-Germer-Stadion, Dresden,  taking place on 22/06/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Germany Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sport Deutschland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kyland Piel (38(34) - 6(3) - 1) who hails from Lubeck, Germany and Vid Malburg(12 - 13(5) - 4) from Berlin, Germany.  Piel weighed in at 140 pounds, while Malburg weighed in at 139 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Klaus Hentze, and the three ringside judges are Bin Besser, Bin Besser and Lamarr Scheele.  

Round 1: 

Piel lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Piel connects with a solid left hook.  Piel clinches his opponent.  Piel leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Piel's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Piel hits home with a stinging left hook.  Piel holds on to his opponent.  Piel pushes his forearm into Malburg's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Piel.  
Piel forces Malburg to retreat into the blue corner.  Piel lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Piel clinches his opponent.  Piel hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Piel lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Piel clinches his opponent.  Piel leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Piel stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Piel EXPLODES a SAVAGE cross into his opponents face.  DOWN GOES MALBURG!  He manages to get up at 5.  It looks like Malburg has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Piel lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Piel holds on to his opponent.  Piel leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Malburg recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Malburg throws a left hook, but Piel clinches his opponent.  Piel leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Malburg tries to keep the action at long range.  Piel sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Piel manages to force Malburg into the red corner.  Piel pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.  
Piel lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Malburg quickly recovers. 
Malburg steps away from his opponent.  Piel hits home with a hard jab.  
Piel closes the distance.  Malburg pivots to the side of his opponent.  Piel lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Piel gets on the inside and connects with a solid left uppercut.  
Piel drives a stinging right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  
Piel advances into close range and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Piel drives a powerful left hook into his opponents ribs.  MALBURG IS DOWN!  HE FAILS TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Piel!
