Aaron Ferris vs Mason Connor

Boxing Daily Report from the Iain Llewellyn promoted show at Iain Gym, Limerick,  taking place on 24/05/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Aaron Ferris (2(1) - 0) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Mason Connor(2 - 3) from Dublin, Ireland.  Ferris weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces, while Connor weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Killian Corcoran, and the three ringside judges are Eoghan Healey, Evan Mohan and Evan Mohan.  

Round 1: 

Ferris closes the distance.  Connor is on target with a left hook.  
Ferris lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Ferris lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Ferris clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Ferris pushes his forearm into Connor's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Ferris closes the distance and lands a sharp left hook.  Ferris ties up his opponent.  Ferris is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ferris to stop fouling.  
Connor is looking to keep his distance.  Ferris hits home with an overhand left.  
Ferris lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Ferris is on target with a right hook to Connor's body.  
Ferris digs in a left uppercut to Connor's body.  
Ferris advances into close range.  Ferris lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  As Ferris tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Connor dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Ferris closes the distance.  Connor throws a left hook, but Ferris holds on to his opponent.  Ferris uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Connor's kidney. Ferris leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Ferris hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. 
Ferris is on target with a jab.  
Ferris is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ferris is on target with a left hook to Connor's ribs.  
Ferris closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Ferris digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Connor throws a left hook, but Ferris ties up his opponent.  Ferris tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Connor's kidney. 
Ferris closes the distance and manouvers Connor onto the ropes.  Ferris lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Ferris lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Connor's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Connor's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.
