Venacio Para vs Daiki Asato

Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxing Kingdom promoted show at Bellville Velodrome, Cape Town,  taking place on 02/06/2041:

Clearly South African Boxing Kingdom have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Venacio Para (15(15) - 0) who hails from Viba del Mar, Chile and Daiki Asato(31 - 13(2) - 1) from Osaka, Japan.  Both Para and Asato weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bongi Rantie, and the three ringside judges are Runako Mashaba, La Vonn Dorkenoo and Jake Tshipapayi.  

Round 1: 

Asato quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Para finds the target with a jab.  
Para steps inside and is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  Para attempts to land a right hook, but Asato slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Para is looking to close the distance.  Asato sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Asato tries to land a left hook, but Para sidesteps and counters with a solid cross.  
Para lands a right uppercut, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Para manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Para is on target with a sharp left uppercut to his opponents body.

Some sustained pressure from Para could be enough to finish Asato!  Para whips in a mean right uppercut to Asato's body.  ASATO IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  It looks like Asato has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
