Aldus Birchmeier vs Hamish Rae

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at RheinEnergieStadium, Cologne,  taking place on 22/06/2041:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Western Europe Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sport Deutschland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aldus Birchmeier (28(21) - 4) who hails from Duisburg, Germany and Hamish Rae(31(24) - 2) from Portsmouth, UK.  Both Birchmeier and Rae weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dieter Scheideman, and the three ringside judges are Alarick Christ, Ald Alf and Garrison Henninger.
