Veselin á Tanchovski vs Zacharie Segalen

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Selhurst Park, London,  taking place on 13/07/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the European Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Veselin á Tanchovski (22(19) - 4(3)) who hails from Sofia, Bulgaria and Zacharie The Seagull Segalen(42(36) - 6(5)) from Paris, France.  Both Tanchovski and Segalen weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ollie Yates, and the three ringside judges are Oliver Ingraham, Darryl Byrne and Chris McSween.
