Xavier Cayo vs Rico Siguenza

Boxing Daily Report from the Mutagamba Promotions promoted show at Diego Duque Gym, Rosario,  taking place on 17/06/2041:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina-Santa Fe Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xavier Cayo (19 - 16(1) - 3) who hails from Rosario, Argentina and Rico Siguenza(22(1) - 5(1)) from Rosario, Argentina.  Cayo weighed in at 134 pounds and 8 ounces, while Siguenza weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gonzalo Alire, and the three ringside judges are Ignado Quiles, Alfonso Plaza and Gonzalo Alire.  

Round 1: 

As Cayo tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Siguenza dabs at his face checking for damage.  Siguenza has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Cayo steps away from his opponent and lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Siguenza gets on the inside.  Cayo attempts to land a left hook, but Siguenza sidesteps and counters with a sharp left hook.
