Corey Cain vs Morgan Carmody

Boxing Daily Report from the Leprechaun Promotions promoted show at Leon Brogan Gym, Belfast,  taking place on 18/06/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern Ireland Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Corey Cain (18(9) - 9 - 1) who hails from Bangor, UK and Morgan Carmody(10 - 17(5) - 3) from Londonderry, UK.  Cain weighed in at 122 pounds, while Carmody weighed in at 121 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Clint Guild, and the three ringside judges are Cillian Dolan, Rory Mulrennan and Ian Casey.  

Round 1: 

Carmody advances into close range.  Cain lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Carmody throws a left hook, but Cain ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Cain pushes his forearm into Carmody's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Cain to stop fouling.  
Cain throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Cain ties up his opponent.  Cain is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Cain pivots to the left of his opponent and snaps his opponents head back with a ramrod jab.  
Cain advances into close range.  Carmody pivots to the right of his opponent.  Carmody attempts to land a left hook, but Cain slips the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Carmody gets on the inside.  Carmody pivots to the side of his opponent.  Cain lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Cain quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Carmody throws a right hook, but Cain holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Cain pushes his forearm into Carmody's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Cain about fouling.

Cain sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Cain lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Cain gets on the inside and tries to land a right hook, but Carmody blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.
