Dominic Riddle vs Robert Laidley

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Bell Centre, Montreal,  taking place on 03/08/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dominic Riddle (20(10) - 3(3) - 1) who hails from Brampton, Canada and Robert Laidley(6 - 5) from Montreal, Canada.  Both Riddle and Laidley weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Smith, and the three ringside judges are Erec Adore, Henry Popkin and Phil Pearce.
