Nick Samuel vs Ryuu Sakurai

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Docklands Stadium, Melbourne,  taking place on 22/06/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Asia-Oceania Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nick Samuel (18(6) - 6(3) - 1) who hails from Perth, Australia and Ryuu Sakurai(24(10) - 3(2)) from Kitakyushu, Japan.  Both Samuel and Sakurai weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Callum Mairs, and the three ringside judges are Gus Mow, Joey Mahtesyan and Aaron Forbes.
