Amiens Duchamp vs Romain Fokobo

Boxing Daily Report from the Amissah Promotions promoted show at Sezni Ndi Gym, Douala,  taking place on 20/06/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Littoral Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amiens Duchamp (6 - 18(1) - 5) who hails from Douala, Cameroon and Romain Fokobo(2 - 1(1)) from Douala, Cameroon.  Duchamp weighed in at 159 pounds and 15 ounces, while Fokobo weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ames Feudjio, and the three ringside judges are Ross Dipanda, Nicolas Paquin and Acelin du Cerceau.  

Round 1: 

Fokobo cuts off the ring, trapping Duchamp in the corner.  Fokobo sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Fokobo tries to land a jab, but Duchamp blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Fokobo is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Duchamp dabs at his face checking for damage.  Duchamp has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.

Fokobo walks Duchamp down, trapping him on the ropes.  Fokobo sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Fokobo closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.
