Joaquin Licona vs Federico Tovar

Boxing Daily Report from the Ondoa Promotions promoted show at Montevideo Laguna, Montevideo,  taking place on 20/06/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uruguay Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joaquin Licona (19 - 16(2)) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Federico Tovar(48(18) - 17(6) - 1) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Both Licona and Tovar weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cuba Leiva, and the three ringside judges are Marjun Pecha, Ximen Mantilla and Iago Ramon.  

Round 1: 

Tovar closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Tovar clinches his opponent.  Licona is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Licona to stop fouling.
