Paul Heggins vs Ricky Petersen

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Casino Miami Jai Alai, Miami,  taking place on 13/07/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mr. Highlight Paul Heggins (15(13) - 0) who hails from Rochester, USA and Ricky Petersen(20 - 7(2)) from Kansas City, USA.  Both Heggins and Petersen weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charles Griffiths, and the three ringside judges are Mark Swain, Xaverius Guerra and Fraser Vail.  

Round 1: 

Petersen closes the distance.  Petersen pivots to the side of his opponent.  Petersen throws a right hook, but Heggins clinches his opponent.  Heggins leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Heggins's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Heggins steps to the outside and tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Petersen closes the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Heggins quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Petersen tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Heggins throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Heggins holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Heggins pushes his forearm into Petersen's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Heggins to stop fouling.  
Heggins backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Petersen is whaling away with hooks, but Heggins keeps his defence tight.  Petersen lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Heggins clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Petersen pushes his forearm into Heggins's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Petersen.
