Mark Jakande vs Shehu Salihu

Boxing Daily Report from the Adumensa Promotions promoted show at Maiduguri Sharaf, Maiduguri,  taking place on 01/07/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Borno State Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Jakande (17(15) - 0) who hails from Maiduguri, Nigeria and Shehu Salihu(14 - 21(7) - 4) from Maiduguri, Nigeria.  Jakande weighed in at 154 pounds, while Salihu weighed in at 153 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Theophilus Aliu, and the three ringside judges are Olufemi Doda, Gethin Rotimi and Patrick Ekoku.  

Round 1:
