Amer Haik vs Zaky Faras

Boxing Daily Report from the Skebenga Corp promoted show at Stade Sidi Bernoussi, Casablanca,  taking place on 20/07/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amer The Hellhound Haik (14(9) - 1 - 1) who hails from Zaria, Nigeria and Zaky Faras(23(3) - 5(2)) from Casablanca, Morocco.  Both Haik and Faras weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zuffur Sadiq, and the three ringside judges are Boutaje Lahoua, Ismail Berouas and Sabuur Zoubairi.  

Round 1: 

Haik is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left hook.

Haik manages to force Faras into a corner.  Faras attempts to land a left hook, but Haik parries the shot and counters with a spiteful left hook to Faras's liver.  FARAS WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Haik connects with a stinging right hook.  Haik throws a right uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  Faras now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
