Borya Boystov vs Vitali Baran

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Altai Krai promoted show at Kolzak Jakovenko Gym, Biysk,  taking place on 03/07/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Russia-Altai Krai Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Borya Boystov (14 - 13(1)) who hails from Barnaul, Russia and Vitali Baran(4(3) - 1) from Barnaul, Russia.  Boystov weighed in at 140 pounds and 14 ounces, while Baran weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Georgiy Golub, and the three ringside judges are Arseni Maltsev, Toma Zaretsky and Sergei Davidovich.  

Round 1: 

Baran steps inside and lands a sharp right hook.  
Boystov is looking to keep his distance.  Baran lands an overhand right, jab and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Baran is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Baran walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Baran digs in a stinging right hook to Boystov's body.  
Baran digs in a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  Baran wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Boystov dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Baran drives a firm left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Baran lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Baran closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Baran clinches his opponent.  Baran is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Baran lands a sharp jab.  
Baran advances into close range and cuts off the ring, trapping Boystov in the corner.  Baran drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribcage.  Baran ties up his opponent.  Baran is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Baran about fouling.  
Baran pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Baran drives a left hook into Boystov's body.  
Baran lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Baran advances into close range and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Baran steps inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Boystov in the red corner.  Baran lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  Baran clinches his opponent.  Baran leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Baran's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Baran lands a right hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Boystov is looking to keep his distance and connects with an overhand left.  
Baran quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a firm right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Boystov's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Boystov's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Boystov's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Boystov tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Baran gets on the inside and lands a solid left hook.  Baran throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Baran lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Baran walks his opponent into the corner.  Baran drives a right uppercut into Boystov's ribs.  Baran tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Baran lands a right uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Baran slams a big left hook into Boystov's ribs.  BOYSTOV IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Boystov throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Baran time to recover.

Baran steps inside and digs in a weighty right uppercut to Boystov's ribcage.  IT LOOKS LIKE BOYSTOV WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Baran throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Boystov steps away from his opponent.  Baran is looking to force the stoppage!  Baran lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body, DROPPING BOYSTOV TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 9.  Boystov now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Baran closes the distance and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.

Baran advances into close range and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DROPS BOYSTOV TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Baran senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Baran lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES BOYSTOV!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  
Baran lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND KNOCKS BOYSTOV DOWN!  The ref does not give Boystov the chance to beat the count...The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Baran!
