Igor Shevchenko vs Faddei Bandura

Boxing Daily Report from the RCB promoted show at Melitopol Mazurek, Melitopol,  taking place on 06/07/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ukraine-Zaporizhia Oblast Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Igor Shevchenko (8 - 16 - 2) who hails from Zaporizhia, Ukraine and Faddei Bandura(2(1) - 0) from Zaporizhia, Ukraine.  Shevchenko weighed in at 175 pounds, while Bandura weighed in at 173 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Danylko Kozak, and the three ringside judges are Avel Kramar, Vasyl Bartosh and Lazar Kaluzny.  

Round 1: 

Shevchenko throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Bandura dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Bandura.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Bandura walks Shevchenko down, trapping him on the ropes.  Bandura lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.
