Owen Penman vs Dave Valencia

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Washington promoted show at Tacoma Boas, Tacoma,  taking place on 06/07/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Washington Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Owen Penman (8 - 13 - 2) who hails from Tacoma, USA and Dave Valencia(4 - 2 - 1) from Spokane, USA.  Both Penman and Valencia weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Declan Osmond, and the three ringside judges are Oliver Hines, John Sundy and Scott Abel.
