Colin Weatherton vs Owen Kennison

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New Mexico promoted show at Albuquerque Cerro, Albuquerque,  taking place on 08/07/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-New Mexico Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Colin Weatherton (6 - 5) who hails from Albuquerque, USA and Owen Kennison(5 - 7 - 1) from Albuquerque, USA.  Both Weatherton and Kennison weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jacob Yuille, and the three ringside judges are Kris Lorimer, Gus Maddix and Danyaal Zehri.  

Round 1: 

Weatherton is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kennison dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Kennison.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
