Valeri Nemchinov vs Ioakim Karmazin

Boxing Daily Report from the Mbalula Promotions promoted show at Afon Aleksandrova Gym, Yekaterinburg,  taking place on 09/07/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Russia-Sverdlovsk Oblast Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Valeri Nemchinov (10 - 10(3) - 7) who hails from Yekaterinburg, Russia and Ioakim Karmazin(4 - 2 - 1) from Yekaterinburg, Russia.  Nemchinov weighed in at 114 pounds and 2 ounces, while Karmazin weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kir Evanoff, and the three ringside judges are Sergey Linge, Valeri Slutzky and Ioakim Duskin.
