Jeraldo Palomo vs Rais Rasizade

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Sofi Stadium, Los Angeles,  taking place on 14/09/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jeraldo Mace Palomo (48(44) - 1(1)) who hails from Las Vegas, USA and Rais Rasizade(43(3) - 25(12) - 2) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Palomo and Rasizade weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alec Lochridge, and the three ringside judges are Zafa Rafiq, Morgan Kneeland and Dillon Downey.  

Round 1: 

Palomo crashes a nasty left hook to Rasizade's body.  RASIZADE IS HURT!  Rasizade recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Palomo lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Rasizade steps away from his opponent and is on target with a stinging jab.

Palomo advances into close range and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Palomo lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.

Palomo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a stinging cross.  
Rasizade lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Rasizade attempts to land a right hook, but Palomo blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Palomo manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Palomo lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Palomo steps inside.  Palomo pivots to the left of his opponent and drives a left uppercut into Rasizade's body.  
Palomo drives a right hook into Rasizade's body.  
Palomo manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Palomo lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Palomo is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Palomo lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SENDS RASIZADE TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Rasizade now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Rasizade is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross to Palomo's body.  Rasizade tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid right hook.  
Palomo steps inside.  Rasizade pivots to the side of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Palomo is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Rasizade sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Rasizade attempts to land a cross, but Palomo sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Rasizade switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Palomo sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Rasizade tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Rasizade forces Palomo to retreat onto the ropes.  Palomo lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Rasizade is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Rasizade's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Rasizade's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Rasizade switches the action to the outside and throws an overhand left, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Palomo sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Rasizade snaps his opponents head back with a stiff jab.  
Palomo closes the distance and is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Rasizade sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Palomo lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Palomo knows Rasizade is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Palomo lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES RASIZADE!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  It looks like Rasizade has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Rasizade hits home with an overhand left.  
Rasizade pivots to the side of his opponent.  Palomo lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Palomo slams a mean left uppercut into his opponents ribs.  RASIZADE IS HURT!  Rasizade almost instantly recovers. 
Palomo is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents body.  
Palomo SLAMS a nasty left hook into his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE RASIZADE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Palomo gets on the inside.  Palomo thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Rasizade away.  Palomo lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, DROPPING RASIZADE TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  
Palomo lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head, KNOCKING RASIZADE DOWN!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Palomo!
