Dave Blackard vs Harvey Griff

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Manitoba promoted show at Bradley Pearce Gym, Winnipeg,  taking place on 20/07/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-Manitoba Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Blackard (11 - 13(1) - 5) who hails from Winnipeg, Canada and Harvey Griff(35 - 4(1)) from Winnipeg, Canada.  Blackard weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces, while Griff weighed in at 140 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Steven Yale, and the three ringside judges are Amon Badders, Alastair Meredith and Paul Barrie.  

Round 1: 

Blackard throws an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.
