Boxing Daily Report from the AI Jamaica-Kingston promoted show at Kingston Brison, Kingston,  taking place on 28/07/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Jamaica-Kingston Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Glass (15(11) - 5(3)) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and John Lurie(8 - 10(2)) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Glass weighed in at 139 pounds And 15 ounces, while Lurie weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Don, and the three ringside judges are Cole Cromie, Hugh Bivin and Chris Moir.  

Round 1: 

Lurie tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Glass steps inside and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Glass is on target with a stinging right hook to Lurie's body.  
Glass lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Glass cuts off the ring, trapping Lurie in the corner.  Glass lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.

Glass manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Glass pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into Lurie's body.  
Glass advances into close range and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Glass lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Lurie's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Lurie's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
