Santiago Damian vs Marjun Valero

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cuba-Santa Clara promoted show at Santa Clara Moye, Santa Clara,  taking place on 25/07/2041:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cuba-Santa Clara Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Damian (12 - 8(2) - 1) who hails from Santa Clara, Cuba and Marjun Valero(7(4) - 2) from Santa Clara, Cuba.  Damian weighed in at 121 pounds And 6 ounces, while Valero weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rogelio Toledano, and the three ringside judges are Ora Grimaldo, Santiago Tavera and Rodrigo Calleros.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Valero.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Valero steps inside.  Valero lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Valero wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Damian dabs at his face checking for damage.

Damian tries to keep the action at long range and attempts to land a jab, but Valero sidesteps and counters with a potent left uppercut.  DAMIAN IS HURT!  Damian quickly recovers.

Valero lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Valero is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Valero lands a cross followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS DAMIAN DOWN!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Valero!
