Santiago Alvaro vs Alejandro Olivares

Boxing Daily Report from the Omaboe Promotions promoted show at Neron Tayabas Gym, Antipolo,  taking place on 02/08/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Rizal Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Alvaro (6 - 7) who hails from Rodriguez, Philippines and Alejandro Olivares(12 - 11 - 2) from Antipolo, Philippines.  Both Alvaro and Olivares weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Morin, and the three ringside judges are Rogelio Banda, Jesus Katipunan and Xavier Catig.

Olivares is looking to close the distance.  Alvaro connects with a left hook.

Alvaro throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Alvaro ties up his opponent.  Alvaro pushes his forearm into Olivares's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Alvaro about fouling.  
Olivares throws a left hook, but Alvaro clinches his opponent.  Alvaro uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Olivares behind the head. The referee warns Alvaro and breaks the clinch.  
Olivares throws a left hook, but Alvaro ties up his opponent.  Alvaro leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Alvaro tries to keep the action at long range and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Alvaro gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook.
