Hasanagha Salloum vs Hakim Akhter

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Tajikistan-Sughd promoted show at Orkhan Abdulla Gym, Istaravshan,  taking place on 02/08/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Tajikistan-Sughd Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hasanagha Salloum (1 - 4) who hails from Isfara, Tajikistan and Hakim Akhter(3 - 7 - 1) from Khujand, Tajikistan.  Salloum weighed in at 106 pounds and 14 ounces, while Akhter weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aleksandr Kakpenoff, and the three ringside judges are Borya Mammadov, Dmitriy Moldabeckov and Yulian Mirkasimov.
