Jeraldo Can vs Angel Maddry

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Bolivar promoted show at Fanuco Pelayo Gym, Ciudad Bolivar,  taking place on 07/08/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Bolivar Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jeraldo Can (4 - 6 - 2) who hails from Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela and Angel Maddry(30 - 10(3)) from Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela.  Both Can and Maddry weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Hinojosa, and the three ringside judges are Angel Malagon, Ignado Bernardez and Diego Pina.  

Round 1: 

Maddry is on target with a cross.  
Maddry steps inside.  Can throws a left uppercut, but Maddry ties up his opponent.  Can is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Can closes the distance.  Maddry sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a right hook into Can's body.  
Maddry sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.
