Vegas Cayo vs Frisco Chaparro

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Costa Rica-San Jose promoted show at San Jose Rojo, San Jose,  taking place on 13/08/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Costa Rica Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Repretel Channel 11, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vegas Cayo (4 - 14 - 1) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Frisco Chaparro(7(2) - 0) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Both Cayo and Chaparro weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Esteban Macario, and the three ringside judges are Ivan Rada, Krzysztof Boguslawski and Diego Giraldo.  

Round 1: 

Chaparro is looking to close the distance.  Cayo throws a left uppercut, but Chaparro clinches his opponent.  Cayo is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Chaparro pushes his forearm into Cayo's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
