Noe Hicban vs Santiago Dornogan

Boxing Daily Report from the Kabuta Promotions promoted show at Rodriguez Gonzalez, Rodriguez,  taking place on 13/08/2041:

Clearly Kabuta Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Philippines-Rizal Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Noe Hicban (5 - 5 - 4) who hails from Antipolo, Philippines and Santiago Dornogan(3 - 10 - 3) from Antipolo, Philippines.  Both Hicban and Dornogan weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nemesio Banaticla, and the three ringside judges are Seth Ralutin, Nicholas Tauyan and Rogelio Banda.
