Kashif Rayes vs Koldan Kazackpaev

Boxing Daily Report from the Soweto Punch Pros promoted show at Kazhimukan Munaitpasov Stadium, Shymkent,  taking place on 10/08/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Kashif Rayes (5(4) - 0) who hails from Al Hudaydah, Yemen and Koldan Kazackpaev(11 - 5(1) - 4) from Shymkent, Kazakhstan.  Both Rayes and Kazackpaev weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Azam Zaiylckanoff, and the three ringside judges are Amer Cackpenoff, Vikenti Kusheckov and Kolzak Caghgalieff.  

Round 1:

Rayes throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot.  Rayes holds on to his opponent.  Rayes is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Rayes.  
Rayes cuts off the ring, trapping Kazackpaev on the ropes.  Rayes throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Rayes holds on to his opponent.  Rayes is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Rayes drives a right hook into Kazackpaev's ribcage.  
Rayes advances into close range and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Rayes advances into close range and digs in a stinging right hook to Kazackpaev's body.  Rayes ties up his opponent.  Rayes leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kazackpaev quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Rayes lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Kazackpaev quickly recovers. 
Rayes closes the distance and throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot.  Rayes holds on to his opponent.  Rayes is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Rayes's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Rayes gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  Rayes clinches his opponent.  Rayes leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Rayes is on target with a left hook to Kazackpaev's body.  
Rayes gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Rayes closes the distance and digs in a sharp left uppercut to Kazackpaev's ribs.  
Rayes lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  
Rayes lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Rayes forces Kazackpaev to back into the ropes.  Rayes knows Kazackpaev is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Rayes lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND SENDS KAZACKPAEV SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  It looks like Kazackpaev has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Rayes lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Rayes manouvers Kazackpaev into a corner.  Rayes is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Rayes lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Rayes lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Rayes wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kazackpaev dabs at his face checking for damage.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Kazackpaev's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Kazackpaev's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Rayes lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND DROPS KAZACKPAEV TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Rayes whips in a hurtful left uppercut to Kazackpaev's ribs.  KAZACKPAEV IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 8.  
Rayes lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Rayes lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, DROPPING KAZACKPAEV TO THE CANVAS!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Rayes!
