Thomas Smith vs Reynaldo Cepeda

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Thomas Smith (30(5) - 10(1)) who hails from Houston, USA and Reynaldo Cepeda(15 - 11) from Santo Domingo Norte, Dominican Republic.  Smith weighed in at 222 pounds and 7 ounces, while Cepeda weighed in at 222 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Oliver Hedley, and the three ringside judges are Robert Harper, Bob Witherow and Paul Risk.
