Enzo Manso vs Robert De la Paz

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at County Coliseum, El Paso,  taking place on 07/09/2041:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Enzo Manso (6 - 0) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Robert De la Paz(9 - 9(1) - 3) from New York City, USA.  Both Manso and De la Paz weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joel Abraham, and the three ringside judges are Rob Greenshields, Paul Mings and Mark Hendrick.  

Round 1: 

Manso closes the distance and connects with a left hook.  Manso holds on to his opponent.  Manso pushes his forearm into De la Paz's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

De la Paz pivots to the left of his opponent.  Manso digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.

Manso gets on the inside.  De la Paz wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Manso has taken some damage there.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.  
Manso lands a cross, right uppercut and a jab to his opponents head.  
Manso is looking to close the distance.  You can sense De la Paz is getting frustrated in there.   He advances forward with head down and it catches Manso in the face!  The ref halts the action and sends Manso to the neutral corner.    He tells De la Paz to stop fouling or face a points deduction.  
De la Paz pivots to the side of his opponent.  Manso lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Manso is on target with a left hook.  
Manso lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Manso is on target with a firm left hook.  
De la Paz is on target with a cross.  
Manso gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
De la Paz tries to step out of his opponents range.  Manso lands two straights followed by a jab to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Manso is on target with a big right hook.  
Some sustained pressure from Manso could be enough to finish De la Paz!  Manso lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He then lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a cross to the head, AND DOWN GOES DE LA PAZ!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Manso!
