Gerrard Plattner vs Archimbald Sandrock

Boxing Daily Report from the Cherkoian Promotions promoted show at Braunschweig Jonker, Braunschweig,  taking place on 24/08/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-Lower Saxony Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gerrard Plattner (11 - 15 - 3) who hails from Hanover, Germany and Archimbald Sandrock(15 - 5 - 2) from Hanover, Germany.  Plattner weighed in at 246 pounds and 13 ounces, while Sandrock weighed in at 243 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Burk Alberding, and the three ringside judges are Ivo Giedd, Bernardyn Matti and Wilbur Heideman.  

Round 1: 

Plattner is looking to keep his distance.  Sandrock lands an overhand left.
