Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Uttar Pradesh promoted show at Kanpur Thaker, Kanpur,  taking place on 26/08/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Uttar Pradesh Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ganesh Natt (6(2) - 1(1)) who hails from Lucknow, India and Damodar Kadar(1 - 19 - 1) from Kanpur, India.  Both Natt and Kadar weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zuffur Khalid, and the three ringside judges are Mahinder Bhunder, Devdas Fugro and Abhay Beharry.  

Round 1: 

Kadar is looking to close the distance.  Natt is on target with a right hook.  
Natt feints a left hook, and then is on target with a jab.

Natt lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Natt steps inside.  Natt pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a solid left hook.  
Natt feints a left, and then lands a jab to the head, a cross to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Natt is looking to close the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
Natt sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a stinging right hook.

Natt gets on the inside.  Natt pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Natt walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Natt pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Natt closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Natt connects with a left hook.

Natt manages to force Kadar into the corner.  Natt lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Natt pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Natt closes the distance.  Natt leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Kadar is whaling away with hooks, but Natt keeps his defence tight.  
Natt closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Kadar's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Kadar's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Kadar is looking to close the distance.  Natt lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Natt holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Kadar pushes his forearm into Natt's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kadar lands a cross.  
Natt lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Natt lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS KADAR DOWN!  He manages to get up at 8.  Kadar almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Natt lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Natt lands a firm right hook.  
Natt lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Natt lands a right hook.  
Kadar pivots to the side of his opponent.  Natt lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Some sustained pressure from Natt could be enough to finish Kadar!  Natt lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS KADAR DOWN!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Kadar cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Natt!
