Gauvain Barse vs Noel Adjani

Boxing Daily Report from the Kauseni Promotions promoted show at Abidjan Desnos, Abidjan,  taking place on 28/08/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ivory Coast-Lagunes Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gauvain Barse (5 - 21(1) - 3) who hails from Abidjan, Ivory Coast and Noel Adjani(11 - 18 - 6) from Abobo, Ivory Coast.  Barse weighed in at 154 pounds and 9 ounces, while Adjani weighed in at 154 pounds.    As Barse came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Reinald Gillard, and the three ringside judges are Pierre de La Fontaine, Gregory de Pizan and Campbell de Nerval.

Adjani pivots to the right of his opponent.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Barse dabs at his face checking for damage.

Barse is looking to keep the action on the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Adjani dodges the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Barse is looking to keep his distance and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.
