Ponce Segura vs Cris Rondon

Boxing Daily Report from the Felix Orcales promoted show at Enzo Tungpalan Gym, Dasmarinas,  taking place on 30/08/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cavite Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ponce Segura (14 - 9 - 1) who hails from Bacoor, Philippines and Cris Rondon(6 - 16 - 3) from Dasmarinas, Philippines.  Both Segura and Rondon weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Vivar, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Malacad, Santiago Mieras and Harvey Tulio.  

Round 1: 

Segura gets on the inside.  Segura quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Rondon lands a left hook.
